Sadie

I know, I know...another word book! I have been crazy busy making them that I haven't had time to even get a layout done for myself!  I made this for my friends baby. Albeit, late as she was born in early spring but time just seemed to get away from me.  I love doing girly things with the pinks and purples!

Volim!

So I have been crazy busy making word books..but I LOVE it!  This book by far is my most favorite one that I have done.  It says "Volim" which I believe means love in Yugoslavian.  I love the papers and the embellishments and just how everything came together.  A friend of mine did the pictures and printed them for me to put all together! Here are some pictures!

Carew

I have never done a Wordbook in such a short amount of time.  My sister was here visiting and wanted a special gift to give in addition to her already purchased gift to friends of hers who were getting married.  Well trying to get this done and take care of my boys...Thank goodness my mom was here as well which allowed me to work on this book.  I love the way it turned out!  And...really, really love this paper!  Take a peak if you have a moment!

Family

It has been forever, or at least it feels like forever since I posted.  I haven't done an actual layout for a few weeks but have been busy putting things together.  I can't believe that summer is pretty much over and my oldest starts Kindergarten this week.  It's crazy.  My how time flies.  Which is completely appropriate for this posting.  I was asked to make FIVE of these word books.  Three for boys and the other two for girls.  They were all very similar except the girls got flowers in their books and the boys got buttons.  Thanks so much for looking! I was asked to make them in black in white (although I did throw a splash of color in there).  The hopes of who I made them for was to cherish and preserve some family memories and relatives throughout the years!

Journey

This week was another fabulous sketch from Beggahuna!  I love her sketches but usually end up changing them so they are not so flowery to suit my boys.  This week I wanted to do something girly for me so decided to scrap my maternity pics.  Here is her sketch:

I saw this paper in the scrapbook store and had to buy it! I loved the color combo of purple's, yellow's and green's.  I have blurred some of the photos only for my comfort.  I am NOT totally exposed in them but didn't want to make others feel uncomfortable looking at them.  My little guy (at the time) loved driving his cars over my belly!  I added the words "love," "Hope," and "Adore" as those were just some of the things we were feeling throughout my pregnancy! Thanks for looking!

Aurelia

It's been a busy week!  I've had company and was working on this! I was asked to make another word book!  I think they are so much fun to make! I love this paper, although I found this paper challenging cause it was for a baby girl and the paper seemed very grown up!

The 4 pictures on this page are for 3, 6, 9, and 12 month photos! I decided to put little "note" tags behind the photos so that milestones and other memories for the respective months could be written!

I really liked how the vines worked with Baby accessories!

Friends

I was asked to make a word book for a Birthday Gift!  I don't often get to do a lot of things for girls as I have two boys so this was fun with flowers and butterflies!
